Ingredients
- 110g white flour
- 114g margerine
- 200g brown sugar
- 1 large egg (about 60g)
- 4g baking powder
- 250g Quaker quick oats
- 100g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
- preheat oven to 400F convection
- cream the margerine, sugar and egg
- add flour and baking powder, then combine with oats and chips
- form into about 1 inch (30g) balls and place on greased cookie sheets
- bake for about 9-10 minutes
- makes about 24 cookies
